Do the products work???

At 300 + lbs and unhappy, I needed a change...

Doctors, family and friends said things that I took to heart. Both my mother and father were in the ER with problems that are passed on down to the kids. Life at 300 lbs is was not fun.

To date I have lost 35 lbs and added two holes on the skinny end of the belt. This belt has added holes on both ends and when it began to go the other way I knew something was working. If you look into my eyes in both of these pictures you can see that not only on the outside am I changed, but where it counts. I feel better about myself and will never be without AdvoCare products. This company is more than weight loss but for me that is what I needed. And with it I gained a business as people saw results in me.
My wife and daughter and I have been blessed to have a good friend share AdvoCare with us.

Please, if you're looking at these pictures and want to begin a life change give us a call 1-541-567-0012 our home

Sink or Swim

This has been a question for allot of us in 2009, look around. Do you have the job you did yesterday?, will you have it after today?

How's your money? When was the last time you saw your Mom and Dad or any part of your family?
How is your health, heart, mind?
Have you been talking to the right person?
Reading any good books lately?
What are you on?

I was given a paddle (advocare) while drowning in the middle of this lake of real life questions and it was up to me how I used it.

Please decide NOW to follow this link www.presentation4men.com or if more comfortable www.presentation4women.com

Your Future begins NOW!!
p.s. I am still paddleing

Speak English!!!

I went into the bathroom at work, got comfortable and began to read what was posted on the door in front of me.

In English was written:

Please do not throw soiled toilet paper on the floor.
It belongs in the toilet.
By placing soiled toilet paper on the floor it rasies the chance of spreading disease
like salmonella and many others.

Thank you

Then repets it in spanish... why stop there?

Does this bother anyone else or do I need to just take a deep breath?

Week 2 with AdvoCare

I said at the beginning of this journey that I would post pictures and measurements of myself and tell how I feel along the way.
This is day 1, no products in my body. I have very bad eating habits and was holding at 300 lbs solid for about 4 years. I had developed sleep apnea so I went to a sleep specialist and found out that that putting a steady flow of air up my nose causing my nose to dry out and begin to crack was not the answer for me. I decided to be done with the sleep doctor crap and just take control of my health. Sorry, doc your method sucks!!
So, just 2 weeks into the product and some time in the gym riding a bike and moving weights I have lost 10 lbs. More important is that I can tell the difference in myself. The way I feel about myself has changed and my energy has gone way up!
I began with a step one which includes:

Spark
Herbal Cleanse
Meal Replacement shakes
Catalyst

I also took Zzz's to help me sleep better.

During the Cleanse you are simply removing the bad from your body. This allows you to start from a good foundation.
I have since added Muscle Gain, ThermoPlus and Nighttime Recovery. All of these are formulated to help me obtain the best results from my time in the gym.
Since losing the weight and seeing close friends be able to stay at home and make great money here locally, it has given me hope and motivation to do the same.
If you have any health, weight problems or just wanna make a little money, or a lot, look at:

These are about 25 minutes long and will give you a overview of AdvoCare. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or visit the AdvoCare website below to find out more information on any of the products mentioned in my blog.

Come and go

The new year for our family has brought a realization that the time on Earth is very short. Wether we live to be 102 or just 2 it is never long enough.

As the new year came we were crushed with news that my cousin Tyson Johnson had passed away, at the young age of 23. He will be missed and the times that we enjoyed will be remembered. Almost the same week, we were informed that a close family friend had also passed away, again close to the same age. That was a lot to take.

My mom and dad were both put into ICU in Pullman and have now returned home, but these incidents in my life were as if someone pushed the pause Button to simply let me take a minute to look at what is valued in my life. We will never know when it's over, but when it is, it is.
My family had a closer to home loss happen yesterday that is not as great a loss as a child or family member, but as you become attached to your family pets it is amazing how much it hurts, and I had to stop and realize you can not put a price tag on anything in life.

We were blessed to have Shasta in our life for almost a year and to "enjoy" the puppy stage and into her loving and cuddly life. Shasta was a friend to our family, she had just began to be the dog that doesn't cost you a lot of damage money.

People come and go, but the spirits and memories never leave.

I just had to stop and look at what life means to me, and yes a dog can have great value in your life.

Feelin' Tired?? ADVOCARE+ SPARK = Energy

So you wake up, get your coffee pot on, sip it while waking up. And another cup in the car on the way to work, and another at work and maybe another midday to get through the afternoon. All the while you know it's NOT good for you. OR...you're drinkin' those energy drinks like AMP, Monster, 5 hour bottle etc. AKA "Jack ME up and DROP me DRINKS"

Why do we do this when we know it's NOT good for our body? (I was doing it too, 3 Amps a night to make it through the night shift) Because we are gonna do what we have to to provide for our family and ourselves.

Take 25 minutes today and if you are a woman please look at www.presentation4women.com and if you are a man look at http://www.presentation4men.com/

Let me know what you think. (541) 314-0367 my cell (any time) or send me an email g.miskin@yahoo.com

There is a question going around the web asking if America still needs Black History Month? After all we have a Black President....

This subject really caught me off guard because to me it is like saying,
I have God in my life after all theses troubles and years,
Now I don't need him any more. It just would not make sense to take away what America needed and continues to need. We are a very needy people and we as a people have put this topic (Racism) aside for to long. It is now time to make a Change, regardless of if Obama is our man we still need the change. If you don't know about the history it's time to learn make a change in yourself but don't change the future for our kids.

Smile...I said Smile...

I don't know where she learned it but when you tell Cora (my Little girl) to smile you get this. I don't care what you try to tell her it dose not change he face. As soon as the camera comes out she is in her poster girl pose and there is not much else you can do. I can just see her wedding pictures.

Whats better the sun set or the sun rise???

As I get to see both almost everyday I find myself wondering which one I enjoy most. The sun going down is something almost everyone See's or can see everyday, but not all people get up at 5am to see just how peacefully the world is. As I was driving around my 100,000 ace farm I was able to enjoy the sight of about 80 head of elk which about 30 were bulls while about 10-15 were new Babbie's.
Now you really have to envision what I was seeing, as the moon was starting to go down for the night at 5:30 and the sun was starting to come over the hills it was reflecting on the lake that sits just to the south of the field that had been covered in snow with the family of elk bedding for the night in it. This is how most of my mornings are spent, looking for the lords hand in our amazing world of nature.
It is a wonder to me how we so easily get so rushed with life, not being able to stop and watch the sun that so many of us expect to be there in the morning to go up.

Wanna play with me???

As most of you know I have been on the Reserve for a few months and have learned a lot and had a lot of fun. My FTO Sargent Nash has taught me a lot about being a good cop and how to become a digger to get stuff off our streets. But as time has gone buy I have moved and am not able to give my time to the department as I would like to... but as any love anyone has ever had you can't keep myself away from the desire to "Protect and Serve" that I've had sense a little kid.
As I started a new Security job as a solo Officer working many hours and area I have had to be tactful on how I handle each situation working close with the Morrow County Sheriff Department. Yea.. you can already see were this is going. But they have showed int rest in me and want me to join the reserve program there. If you take a look at the car I'll be driving how could i say no.
So... If you're ever in Morrow County and "Wanna play with me..."

Ah spring has sprung.... wait it's the middle of January, were did the snow and cold weather go?

As I was sitting out side to day in my shorts and T-shirt enjoying the sun (yes, I said sun) at 55 degrees and no wind we call that here in the Northwest a Sunny day, even in January.
The snow is gone and well accepted by the dry dirt that sucked it right up, which in farm country means for good eatin' after harvest.
Ah to be back home, no pissed of Georgians blowin their horns to get a car ahead of me just to sit on the "Massive dam of cars" also know as the Georgia 400. Yes, I do miss those times but it just feels good to have to drive 40 miles one way to work and only have it take 20 minutes. As i sit in the yard of our house which is some what out in the country I am blessed to have no one to have to worry about when my dogs go running loose all day and Cora comes outta the house naked. I wouldn't trade this for anything.
My little girl is growing up, she reminded me today why I go to work when out of nowhere she says "Daddy go's to work, get me toys." That is all the reason I need to spend 70 hours away from my family a week.
My family is blessed to have what we do, as often we just sit around looking what we don't have I was reminded today as I looked into my little girls eyes as we play in our yard of all the many things God has blesses us with, ("A rock, look a leaf daddy, yuck...ycuk...dirt.") I love being Daddy and having my best friend by my side to bring these spirit children into our home and to return to our Father in Heaven again one day.
